1. Acceptance & Scope

Welcome to the official website of SHOBHA INDUSTRIES ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing this website or engaging with us for commercial inquiries, technical proposals, or fabrication contracts, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Commercial Quotations & Proposals

All Requests for Quotation (RFQs), estimates, and commercial proposals issued by Shobha Industries are governed by the following provisions:

• Validity: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, technical and price quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
• Drawing & Scope Accuracy: Price estimates and delivery schedules are calculated based on drawing references, tonnage figures, and material grade specifications provided by the client. Any subsequent design revisions or changes in raw material specifications may require a formal price adjustment.
• Formal Purchase Order: No contract or work order is considered legally binding until a formal Purchase Order (PO) or Work Contract is executed and accepted in writing by Shobha Industries.

4. Delivery, Dispatch & Freight Logistics

Dispatch of finished heavy structural steel, ducting, and components takes place from our 2.5-acre plant and assembly yard in Jamul, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh:

• Transit & Dispatch Yard: Delivery terms (e.g., Ex-Works, FOR Site) shall be defined in the mutually executed Purchase Order.
• Force Majeure: Shobha Industries shall not be held liable for delays in execution or delivery resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, raw material shortages, power grid outages, or governmental transport restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property & Technical Drawings

All website content, engineering layouts, trade branding, and technical documentation displayed on this platform are the intellectual property of Shobha Industries. Clients retain ownership of their proprietary engineering drawings submitted for RFQs, which are held strictly confidential.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any commercial contracts resulting from RFQs, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Durg / Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
